📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Genetics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in plant breeding or related agricultural research.
- Proven track record in developing and implementing successful breeding programs.
- Strong knowledge of genetic principles and breeding techniques.
- Familiarity with agricultural software and tools such as BreedBase, TAS, and other relevant platforms.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
