Mandiri Andalan Utama is seeking a dynamic Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to lead our strategic marketing initiatives for BRI Finance (CAR) in Malang. 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 8-10 years of experience in marketing, with a proven track record in financial services.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Proficient in using marketing tools and software such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, and Hootsuite.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
• Knowledge of the financial services industry and BRI Finance (CAR) products and services is a plus.
