📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on mechanical, electrical, and civil systems.
- Monitor and maintain building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and execute facility improvements.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify and address maintenance issues.
- Utilize tools such as AutoCAD and Revit for design and documentation.
- Manage and coordinate with contractors for major projects.
- Provide technical support and training to facility staff.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in facilities engineering.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit.
- Knowledge of building systems and maintenance practices.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Certification in relevant engineering disciplines is a plus.
- Familiarity with local regulations and standards in Bali.
