• Identify, assess, and mitigate operational risks across the organization.
• Develop and implement risk management frameworks and controls.
• Monitor and report on risk metrics and trends using SAP and Tableau.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Risk Management, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in risk management, operations, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of risk management frameworks and regulatory standards.
• Proficiency in using SAP, Tableau, and RiskSense.
• Certification in Risk Management (e.g., CISM, CRISC) is a plus.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
