In this role, you'll be responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating commercial training programs tailored to the unique needs of our retail partners. You'll work closely with regional managers, trainers, and retail partners to ensure that our training initiatives are relevant, engaging, and effective. Your daily tasks will include developing training materials, conducting workshops, and providing ongoing support to our retail teams. You'll also be instrumental in measuring the impact of our training programs, using data-driven insights to continuously improve our approach.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Design and deliver high-quality commercial training programs tailored to the needs of our retail partners.
• Develop and maintain training materials, including manuals, presentations, and online courses.
• Conduct workshops, seminars, and one-on-one training sessions to enhance the skills and knowledge of our retail teams.
• Collaborate with regional managers and trainers to ensure that our training initiatives are aligned with our business goals.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of our training programs using data-driven insights and feedback from retail partners.
• Provide ongoing support and mentorship to our retail teams, helping them to apply the skills and knowledge they've gained in their daily work.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in commercial training and development.
• Report on the progress and impact of our training initiatives to senior management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial training and development, preferably in the retail or distribution sector.
• Proven track record of designing and delivering effective training programs.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and training management software such as LMS (Learning Management System).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data-driven insights to improve training initiatives.
• Certification in commercial training and development (e.g., Certified Professional in Learning and Performance - CPLP) is a plus.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages.
