📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement marketing and communication strategies to support business growth
• Engage with customers and partners through face-to-face interactions, events, and promotions
• Create and manage content for our social media channels, website, and other digital platforms
• Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges in the hospitality and tourism industry
• Assist in the development and execution of business plans and proposals
• Collaborate with the team to ensure consistent brand messaging and customer experience
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and social media insights
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in marketing and communication

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Business, or a related field
• Fresh graduate with a passion for entrepreneurship and strategic communication
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace
• Familiarity with social media platforms and content creation tools like Canva and Adobe Creative Suite
