📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct comprehensive community needs assessments and stakeholder analysis to identify key issues and opportunities.
• Design and implement participatory projects that engage local communities in decision-making and problem-solving.
• Develop and manage community development strategies in collaboration with local government agencies and non-profit partners.
• Monitor and evaluate the impact of community development initiatives to ensure they meet their intended goals.
• Facilitate workshops, focus groups, and other stakeholder engagement activities to build consensus and drive action.
• Leverage data analytics and GIS tools to track progress, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate community development strategies into broader organizational goals.
• Stay informed about best practices in community development and share insights with the team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Community Development, Public Administration, Social Sciences, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in community development, with a proven track record of success in designing and implementing community engagement initiatives.
• Strong understanding of local governance structures and policies in Bangka Belitung.
• Proficient in using data analytics and GIS tools such as ArcGIS, QGIS, and other relevant software.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and facilitation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian and English.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within Bangka Belitung.
