In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the production process, ensuring quality standards are met, and driving operational efficiency. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the production process to ensure efficiency and quality standards are met.,Monitor production schedules and ensure timely completion of production targets.,Conduct regular inspections of production lines and equipment to identify and address issues.,Train and mentor production staff to maintain high standards of performance and quality.,Implement and maintain quality control measures to ensure compliance with industry standards.,Manage inventory levels and ensure timely procurement of raw materials.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve production processes and outcomes.,Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience in a production supervisory role within the cosmetics manufacturing industry.,Strong knowledge of production processes, quality control, and safety regulations.,Proven ability to lead and mentor production staff.,Experience with production scheduling and inventory management.,Familiarity with industry standards and quality control measures.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Valid driver's license and ability to travel as needed.
