Mandiri Andalan Utama is seeking a dynamic Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to lead our strategic marketing initiatives for BRI Finance (CAR) in Malang. This role offers a unique opportunity to drive brand growth, customer acquisition, and market expansion in the financial services sector. As the CMO, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that enhance our market position and customer engagement.

In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to implement innovative marketing campaigns using tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, and Hootsuite. You will also be responsible for managing the marketing budget, monitoring KPIs, and ensuring that our marketing efforts align with the company's overall business objectives.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to drive brand growth and customer acquisition.
Lead and manage the marketing team, providing guidance and support to achieve departmental goals.
Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities for BRI Finance (CAR).
Oversee the creation and distribution of marketing materials, including digital content, advertisements, and promotional events.
Monitor and analyze marketing performance using tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, and Hootsuite.
Manage the marketing budget and ensure efficient allocation of resources.
Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement integrated marketing and sales strategies.
Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in the financial services sector.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
8-10 years of experience in marketing, with a proven track record in financial services.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Proficient in using marketing tools and software such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, and Hootsuite.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
Knowledge of the financial services industry and BRI Finance (CAR) products and services is a plus.
