• Oversee and manage administrative operations for catering services, including scheduling, budgeting, and vendor coordination.
• Coordinate with culinary and event management teams to ensure seamless execution of events.
• Manage client communications, including confirmations, updates, and feedback.
• Use ERP systems like SAP or Oracle to track inventory, orders, and financials.
• Assist in the development and implementation of catering menus and event plans.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including food handling and storage.
• Provide administrative support for special events, such as weddings, corporate functions, and galas.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in catering administration or a similar role.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Experience with ERP systems like SAP or Oracle is a plus.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with catering and event management software, such as EventPro or Cvent.
