📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Annotate Japanese text and data to improve the accuracy and relevance of our digital products.
• Conduct thorough software testing to identify and report bugs, ensuring optimal performance and user experience.
• Collaborate with the development team to implement software improvements based on testing results.
• Participate in user research and feedback sessions to gather insights and enhance product quality.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in software testing and annotation.
• Contribute to the creation of comprehensive test plans and documentation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Native or near-native proficiency in Japanese (JLPT N1 or equivalent).
• Minimum 2 years of experience in software testing or annotation.
• Familiarity with testing tools such as Selenium, JIRA, and TestRail.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Japanese.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Understanding of Japanese culture and business practices.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Linguistics, or a related field.
