📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Operate and monitor gaming machines to ensure they are functioning correctly and providing a fair gaming experience.
• Assist in cash handling procedures, including counting and verifying cash amounts.
• Maintain accurate records of gaming transactions and cash handling activities.
• Resolve any issues or discrepancies that may arise during gaming operations.
• Ensure compliance with all casino regulations and gaming laws.
• Provide exceptional customer service to guests, addressing their queries and concerns.
• Collaborate with other team members to maintain a clean and organized gaming floor.
• Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role in the gaming or hospitality industry.
• Familiarity with various gaming machines and their operation.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.
• Excellent customer service skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of casino regulations and gaming laws.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Proficient in using basic office software such as Microsoft Office.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
