📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Maintain and repair kitchen equipment and appliances,Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with food preparation equipment,Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of kitchen equipment,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations,Collaborate with the kitchen staff to improve food preparation processes,Keep detailed records of maintenance activities and equipment status,Participate in training sessions to stay updated on new equipment and technologies,Assist in the installation and setup of new kitchen equipment

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent,Minimum 1 year of experience as a Technician in a food service environment,Familiarity with kitchen equipment and appliances,Ability to work in a fast-paced and physically demanding environment,Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills,Good communication and teamwork skills,Ability to follow safety protocols and procedures,Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and equipment
