Root Smart Ekspansindo is seeking a highly skilled and professional Senior Receptionist to join our team in Ciamis, Jawa Barat. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and clients, ensuring a welcoming and efficient experience.

We are looking for an individual who is not only friendly and approachable but also has excellent communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work well under pressure.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Greet guests and clients with a warm and professional manner.
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and messages, and direct them to the appropriate department.
  • Manage the reception area, ensuring it is clean and organized at all times.
  • Assist with scheduling appointments and meetings.
  • Provide information about the company and its services.
  • Handle guest check-in and check-out processes.
  • Monitor and maintain security and safety in the reception area.
  • Assist with any additional tasks as required by the team.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Receptionist or similar role.
  • Proven experience in providing excellent customer service.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Keen eye for detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
  • Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or a related field is a plus.
