📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and optimize the distribution network to ensure timely and efficient delivery of products.,Oversee the distribution process, from order processing to delivery, to ensure customer satisfaction.,Coordinate with suppliers, logistics providers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth distribution operations.,Monitor inventory levels and implement strategies to minimize stockouts and overstocks.,Conduct regular audits and reviews of distribution processes to identify areas for improvement.,Develop and maintain relationships with customers to understand their needs and expectations.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.,Provide regular reports and updates on distribution performance to senior management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in distribution management or a related field.,Strong knowledge of distribution processes, including inventory management, order processing, and logistics.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with suppliers, customers, and internal teams.,Proficient in using distribution management software and tools.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong problem-solving skills to identify and resolve distribution issues.,Familiarity with Indonesian laws and regulations related to distribution and logistics.
