Tech Plus Group is looking for a dynamic and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team in Palopo. We are a rapidly growing company with a strong reputation in the industry. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring that we provide excellent service to our customers and maintain high standards of food quality and presentation. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary and benefits package.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and food and beverage ordering.,Ensure that the restaurant meets all health and safety regulations, as well as any industry-specific standards.,Train and develop staff to ensure that they are providing excellent service to customers and maintaining high standards of food quality and presentation.,Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.,Develop and implement marketing and promotional strategies to attract and retain customers.,Ensure that the restaurant is clean, well-maintained, and stocked with all necessary supplies.,Resolve any customer complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner.,Work closely with the company's executive team to ensure that the restaurant is aligned with the company's overall goals and objectives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role.,A strong understanding of the food and beverage industry, including current trends and best practices.,Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.,The ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks and responsibilities simultaneously.,A valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle for transportation to and from work.,A high school diploma or equivalent, or a relevant degree or certification.,Fluency in English and Indonesian.,Experience with POS systems and other restaurant management software is a plus.
