📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and coordinate the daily operations of the port, ensuring efficient and safe handling of cargo and vessels.
• Oversee the work of port personnel, including dock workers, stevedores, and cargo handlers.
• Ensure compliance with all international and local maritime regulations and standards.
• Develop and implement port operation plans, taking into account factors like weather, vessel traffic, and cargo requirements.
• Use port management software like SAP and Navisphere to monitor and manage port operations.
• Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to ensure the safety of port operations.
• Maintain strong relationships with shipping lines, cargo owners, and other stakeholders.
• Provide excellent customer service to shipping lines and cargo owners.

• Bachelor's degree in Maritime Studies, Logistics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in port operations or a related field.
• Certification in port operations or maritime safety is a plus.
