📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the daily operations of the company to ensure smooth and efficient processes.,Coordinate with various departments to facilitate effective communication and collaboration.,Maintain and update operational records and documents to ensure accuracy and completeness.,Support the implementation of new operational procedures and systems.,Assist in the planning and organization of events, meetings, and other activities.,Monitor and report on operational performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.,Provide administrative support to the operations team as needed.,Assist in the recruitment and onboarding of new staff members.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a similar role within the operations or administrative field.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).,Familiarity with basic accounting principles and practices.,Ability to work well in a team environment and under pressure.,Willingness to travel as required by the job.
