OCEAN EXPORT ASSISTANT MANAGER

As a key player in our export operations, you'll work closely with our team to manage and coordinate the export of goods from Jakarta Utara, Jakarta Raya, to global destinations.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Assist in the management and coordination of ocean export shipping operations.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with shipping lines, freight forwarders, and other key stakeholders.
- Monitor and track shipments to ensure they are on schedule and in compliance with all relevant regulations.
- Prepare and submit necessary documentation for shipments, including bills of lading, commercial invoices, and shipping instructions.
- Assist in the negotiation of rates and contracts with shipping lines and other service providers.
- Provide regular reports and updates to the management team on the status of export operations.
- Assist in the training and development of junior staff members.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices in ocean export shipping.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Maritime Studies, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in ocean export shipping or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of ocean/sea export shipping procedures, including documentation, customs clearance, and cargo handling.
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
- Familiarity with shipping software and systems, such as SAP, Cargowise, or similar.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Valid shipping or logistics certification is a plus.
