Putra Perkasa Abadi is seeking a highly skilled Mine Planning Engineer to join our dynamic team in Kebayoran Baru, Jakarta Raya. In this critical role, you will be responsible for developing and ensuring the availability of comprehensive mine design plans that align with our operational goals. As part of our commitment to excellence, we offer a competitive salary package of Rp 25,000,000 - Rp 40,000,000 per month.

In this role, you'll work closely with our geologists, mining engineers, and operations team to create detailed annual and quarterly mine plans. Using advanced software like AutoCAD, Surpac, or MineSight, you'll ensure our mining operations are efficient, safe, and profitable. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and maintain comprehensive annual and quarterly mine plans using industry-standard software like AutoCAD, Surpac, or MineSight.
• Collaborate with geologists, mining engineers, and operations teams to ensure mine plans align with operational goals.
• Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments to optimize mining operations.
• Monitor and report on mining progress, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and environmental standards.
• Provide technical support to the operations team, addressing any issues related to mine planning and design.
• Participate in regular meetings and presentations to discuss mine plans and progress with stakeholders.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices in mine planning.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in mine planning and design, with a focus on annual and quarterly planning.
• Proficiency in industry-standard software such as AutoCAD, Surpac, or MineSight.
• Strong understanding of mining operations, including open-pit and underground mining methods.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
• Knowledge of safety regulations, environmental standards, and sustainability practices in the mining industry.
• Certification in mine planning and design (e.g., Certified Mining Professional, or equivalent) is a plus.
