📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote Enov8Tive's products and services.
• Manage social media accounts, creating and scheduling engaging content using tools like Hootsuite and Buffer.
• Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, including email marketing, SEO, and PPC advertising.
• Collaborate with the design team to create marketing materials, such as brochures, flyers, and digital ads.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
• Assist in the organization and execution of events, both online and offline.
• Monitor and analyze marketing performance using tools like Google Analytics and social media insights.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure Enov8Tive remains competitive.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in marketing, with a strong focus on digital marketing.
• Proficient in using social media platforms and marketing tools like Hootsuite, Buffer, and Canva.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
