📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and train the waitress team to ensure consistent service quality.,Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including tables, chairs, and restrooms.,Ensure all orders are taken accurately and promptly delivered to customers.,Handle customer complaints and concerns professionally and efficiently.,Manage inventory and restock supplies as needed.,Assist the kitchen staff in preparing food and ensuring timely service.,Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and organization of the dining area.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

At least 2 years of experience as a Waitress or similar role in the hospitality industry.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Familiarity with POS systems and restaurant management software.,Excellent customer service skills and the ability to handle difficult situations professionally.,Knowledge of food and beverage service standards and best practices.,Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.,Familiarity with health and safety regulations in the hospitality industry.
