📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily kitchen operations and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Manage and train a team of commis chefs to maintain high standards of food preparation.,Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to recipes and customer requirements.,Ensure food quality and safety by following proper hygiene and sanitation practices.,Monitor inventory levels and place orders for ingredients as needed.,Assist in menu planning and development to meet customer preferences and market trends.,Handle customer complaints and ensure their satisfaction with the food served.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Commis Chef or similar role.,Proven experience in managing a team of commis chefs.,Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with local and international cuisines.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
