📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process by sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.,Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and candidate needs.,Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.,Conduct initial phone screens and coordinate interviews with potential candidates.,Provide administrative support to the recruitment team, including scheduling and follow-ups.,Assist in the onboarding process for new hires.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of recruitment strategies.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum 1 year of experience in recruitment or a related field.,Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and ATS software.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Proactive and detail-oriented with a keen eye for detail.
