PT Berkah Bumi is seeking a motivated Junior Accounting Staff to join our finance team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting in the preparation of financial statements, reconciling accounts, and providing support to the accounting team. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or someone with limited accounting experience to gain valuable skills and experience in a dynamic and supportive environment.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the preparation of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Reconcile bank accounts, accounts payable, and accounts receivable on a regular basis.,Process and record daily financial transactions, including invoices, receipts, and payments.,Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.,Provide support to the accounting team in the preparation of tax returns and other regulatory filings.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all financial transactions.,Assist in the preparation of budget forecasts and financial projections.,Support the accounting team in the preparation of management reports and presentations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in accounting or finance (fresh graduates with strong academic background may be considered).,Familiarity with accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Strong attention to detail and the ability to work accurately and efficiently.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team environment.,Basic knowledge of Indonesian GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles).,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
