Zone Base Dinamis is seeking a dynamic and experienced Captain to lead our team in delivering exceptional service and ensuring a seamless guest experience. This hybrid role offers the opportunity to work both in the office and on-site, providing flexibility and a balance between office and field work.

As a Captain at Zone Base Dinamis, you will play a crucial role in managing our team, coordinating operations, and ensuring that our services meet the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Manage and lead a team of staff to ensure high levels of customer service and satisfaction.
  • Oversee daily operations and ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Monitor and maintain the quality of service provided by the team.
  • Handle and resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner.
  • Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures.
  • Participate in training and development programs for staff.
  • Report to management on team performance and operational issues.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a leadership or management role within the hospitality or service industry.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in using office software and tools.
  • Knowledge of local regulations and industry standards.
  • Ability to work in a hybrid environment (office and on-site).
  • Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
