📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement business development strategies to drive growth and expansion.,Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and analysis.,Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.,Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to achieve business objectives.,Monitor market trends and industry developments to inform strategic decisions.,Prepare and present business proposals and reports to stakeholders.,Manage and track business development metrics and KPIs.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall business strategy.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development or a similar role.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Proficiency in using business development tools and software.,Familiarity with Indonesian market and business environment is a plus.,Ability to work well in a team and independently in a fast-paced environment.
