In this role, you will be responsible for managing various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the recruitment process, from job advertising to onboarding new employees,Handle employee relations, including conflict resolution and performance management,Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies,Maintain employee records and HR documentation,Coordinate with other departments to address HR-related issues,Organize and facilitate training and development programs for employees,Support the company's efforts in creating a positive and inclusive work environment,Assist in the development and implementation of HR strategies and programs

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field,Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR, preferably in a similar role,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Proficiency in using HR software and tools,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines,Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian and English is a plus
