📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Manage end-to-end accounting processes, including financial reporting and budgeting.
- Prepare and analyze financial statements using QuickBooks and SAP.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
- Handle payroll processing and employee benefits administration.
- Conduct regular reconciliations of accounts to ensure accuracy.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and support strategic decisions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in accounting or financial operations.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and SAP.

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with Indonesian accounting standards (GAAP Indonesia).
