📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and maintain data governance policies and procedures to ensure data integrity and security.
• Leverage advanced analytics and machine learning to optimize mining processes and improve productivity.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of digital solutions, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in digital transformation, with a proven track record in the mining or manufacturing industry.
• Certifications in digital transformation, data analytics, or relevant technologies are a plus.
• Strong understanding of enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems, particularly SAP.
• Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Microsoft Power BI and Qlik Sense.
