📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations of the department to ensure smooth and efficient workflow.,Develop and implement strategies to improve department performance and productivity.,Manage and mentor a team of employees, providing guidance and support.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless collaboration and project completion.,Monitor department budget and expenses, ensuring financial responsibility.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to drive innovation and growth.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues to maintain high customer satisfaction.,Participate in company meetings and contribute to strategic decision-making.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role within a similar industry.,Proven track record of successfully managing teams and departments.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with HR software and tools is a plus.,Knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Ability to make data-driven decisions to improve department performance.
