📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide expert beauty advice and recommendations to customers, helping them find the perfect products for their needs.
• Stock and organize beauty products, ensuring a well-presented and inviting store environment.
• Assist customers with product applications, such as makeup and skincare, to enhance their shopping experience.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest beauty trends and product launches to offer informed advice to customers.
• Collaborate with the sales team to achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
• Maintain a high level of customer service, ensuring a positive and memorable shopping experience for all customers.
• Assist in the organization of beauty events, workshops, and promotions to engage with the local community.
• Work closely with the management team to ensure the smooth operation of the beauty retail store.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in beauty retail, preferably in a luxury or high-end beauty environment.
• Strong knowledge of beauty products, including skincare, makeup, and haircare.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with customers and build relationships.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems and retail management software.
• Passion for beauty and a keen eye for detail to provide expert advice to customers.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
