📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead the implementation and maintenance of autonomous haulage systems, including trucks and loaders
• Optimize system performance to ensure maximum efficiency and productivity
• Conduct regular inspections and troubleshooting to prevent downtime
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate autonomous systems with existing mining operations
• Provide training and support to operators on the use and maintenance of autonomous haulage systems
• Monitor system performance and provide regular reports to management
• Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in autonomous haulage technology
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and best practices in mining operations

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in mining equipment maintenance and operation
• Certified in autonomous haulage systems or related technologies
• Proficient in using autonomous haulage software, such as Fleet Management System (FMS) and MineSight
• Strong knowledge of mining equipment, including trucks, loaders, and haulage systems
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Fluent in English and Indonesian
