📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage daily store operations, including staff scheduling, inventory control, and sales targets.,Ensure a pleasant and efficient shopping experience for customers by addressing their needs and concerns.,Oversee the performance of sales associates, providing training and support as needed.,Implement and monitor marketing and promotional activities to drive sales and customer engagement.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales, inventory, and customer transactions.,Collaborate with the Merchandising and Visual Merchandising teams to ensure the store is well-stocked and visually appealing.,Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to continuously improve store performance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a retail management or supervisory role.,Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.,Proficient in using retail management software and point-of-sale systems.,Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Familiarity with Indonesian retail industry and customer preferences is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong organizational and time management skills.
