📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.,Manage and train restaurant staff to maintain high standards of food quality and customer service.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Monitor and control inventory levels to ensure cost efficiency and food safety compliance.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and food handling standards.,Drive revenue growth through effective sales strategies and customer engagement.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.,Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of ingredients and other supplies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in restaurant management, with at least 2 years in a senior management role.,Proven experience in managing a team and driving operational efficiency.,Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations, including inventory management and cost control.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively lead and motivate staff.,Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Familiarity with POS systems and restaurant management software.,Experience in marketing and customer relationship management is a plus.
