📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the entire employee lifecycle process, including onboarding, training, performance management, and offboarding.,Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local and international labor laws.,Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.,Coordinate with HR teams to ensure smooth execution of HR initiatives and projects.,Conduct regular audits and reviews of HR processes to identify areas for improvement.,Provide guidance and support to HR team members on employee lifecycle management.,Liaise with external stakeholders, such as legal and compliance teams, to ensure adherence to regulations.,Monitor and analyze employee data to identify trends and make data-driven decisions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 8 years of experience in HR, with at least 3 years in a Senior Employee Lifecycle Management role.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Proven experience in managing the entire employee lifecycle, including onboarding, training, performance management, and offboarding.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Familiarity with HRIS and other HR technology tools.
