Duta Fajar Sembako is looking for a dynamic and experienced Outlet Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing daily operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving sales growth. This is a remote position, offering flexibility and the opportunity to work from anywhere in Indonesia.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage daily operations of the outlet, including inventory control, staff scheduling, and sales tracking.,Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and resolving any issues promptly.,Drive sales growth by implementing effective marketing strategies and promotions.,Monitor and maintain compliance with company policies and procedures.,Conduct regular performance reviews of staff and provide feedback and training as needed.,Collaborate with the central office to ensure consistency in operations and branding.,Report on sales performance, customer feedback, and operational metrics to the central office.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role in the retail or FMCG industry.,Proven track record of managing sales and customer satisfaction in a remote environment.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with inventory management and sales tracking systems.,Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
