📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Greet and assist guests at the front desk, ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
- Handle check-in and check-out procedures efficiently and accurately.
- Provide information about local attractions, dining options, and other facilities.
- Manage front desk operations, including reservations, housekeeping requests, and guest inquiries.
- Prepare and serve meals in our restaurant, ensuring high-quality food and service.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area and restaurant.
- Assist with inventory management and ordering for the restaurant.
- Promote a positive and professional image of the hotel to all guests and visitors.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in hospitality, restaurant, or front desk operations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Familiarity with basic food and beverage service is a plus.
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluent in both Indonesian and English.
- Previous experience in a similar role at a reputable hotel or restaurant.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 20 kg.
