📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Assist in the preparation of daily bread, cakes, and other pastries.
- Learn and operate professional bakery equipment such as bread machines, pastry cutters, and ovens.
- Develop skills in mixing, kneading, and decorating.
- Work closely with expert bakers and pastry chefs to learn industry best practices.
- Contribute to the creation of high-quality baked goods and pastries.
- Assist in maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment.
- Participate in inventory management and food cost control.
- Support the team in meeting daily production targets.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Currently enrolled in a culinary arts program or have a degree in baking and pastry arts.
- Basic knowledge of baking techniques and equipment.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to food safety and quality standards.
- Familiarity with using Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to lift and carry heavy objects up to 20 kg.
- Must be available to work full-time (40 hours per week).
- Must be at least 18 years old.
